By making a purchase from Little BOE LLC you are agreeing at checkout, that you have read and understand the information below prior to making any purchase.

Little BOE LLC offers returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY on eligible garments, blankets, and any Little BOE LLC items.  Return shipping is buyer responsibility and original shipping fees are not credited.

Little BOE LLC offers exchanges for an equal product if we have it available.  Exchange shipping is buyer responsibility both ways to process the exchange.  

Note: Little BOE LLC return policies, ALL adjustments and/or refunds go back in the form of store credit.

Note: STORE CREDITS have an expiration date of 30 days from the date of issuance.

Note: You can NOT combine store credit with any discount codes.

STORE CREDIT is issued within 14 days of approval.  To request a garment, blanket or any Little BOE LLC item be exchanged or refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY,  please email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request.

If  you feel you have an item that needs to be exchanged or refunded for STORE CREDIT, please let us know by emailing us, with your order number and request.

Please keep in mind all our items are handmade and will each have a uniqueness such as placement, color, and size.

Information on pre-orders.  Please read the description before purchasing any Little BOE LLC pre-orders.  

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an item that is made to order.  We are making it based on your size, measurements, and quantities that you order.  Pre-orders will stay open  for 7 days unless  we feel it  should stay open a  little longer.  In this time frame, you must write down the information of the item you are purchasing as a pre-order, because once the pre-order date closes, the items' are removed from  the website.

Can I cancel my order because I changed my mind, decide not to wait,  or for any reason?

Please expect your pre-order to take 8-12 weeks.  Once your pre-order is passed the 12 weeks mark,  you can cancel ONLY for STORE CREDIT.  Store credit will be given in the amount of the order.  If you have a partial order that has shipped and the other items' are APPROVED to be cancelled, you  are given store credit minus shipping costs.

You can NOT combine any sort of discount codes with your store credit.  Your store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code, only for you to use within 14 days of APPROVAL via email.
